Yosemite National Park is an incredibly beautiful place. During the summer months it attracts so many people that it impacts my enjoyment of the park and I find myself avoiding it for that very reason. You can find lots of information on the park and it has been photographed extensively by people as renown as Ansel Adams. I am no where near the caliber of these photographers, but in this section of my website I will humbly display some of the photos I've taken during my visits.

The above photo is a High Dynamic Range (HDR) tone mapped image created by combining
three photos that were taken at different exposures. The preceding photo is one of the three.
It's a useful tool when dealing with lots of contrast between light and dark areas in an image.
